杨全会，副教授、硕士生导师，江苏句容人，主要研究方向为组合数论。
在Erdos-Turan猜想、和集问题以及表示函数问题等方面取得了一些成果，在国内外学术刊物J. Combin. Theory Ser A, SIAM J. Discrete Math., European J. Combin., Acta Arith., J. Number Theory, Science China Math.等发表SCI论文40多篇。
