报告人简介：
齐治，浙江大学研究员，从事解析数论与表示论的研究，主要工作是高秩Bessel函数的分析和渐近理论及其在自守L-函数研究中的应用，复数域上Bessel函数的积分公式及其在表示论和数论中的应用。多篇论文发表或录用在一些国际重要的学术刊物上，如IMRN，J. Funct. Anal.，Amer. J. Math., Adv. Math.，Trans. AMS，JEMS，Mem. AMS等。
报告摘要：
In this talk, I'll present my recent work on the effective non-vanishing of Rankin--Selberg L-functions at special points, motivated by the Phillips--Sarnak theory of deformations of Maass forms and Luo's works on this non-vanishing problem.
