报告人简介：季利均教授主要研究领域为组合设计与组合编码。现任中国组合数学与图论学会秘书长。2008年获评江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀骨干教师，2013年和2016年获评江苏省第四、五期“333 工程”中青年科学技术带头人培养对象（第三层次），首批“国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金”获得者（2013-2015年），获国际组合数学及其应用协会2015年度霍尔奖。他的研究工作集中于3-平衡设计、具有特定性质的斯坦纳四元系、三元系大集、正交阵列、覆盖阵列、可分组3-设计及其在光正交码、认证码、常重码和跳频序列中的应用。在组合数学与组合编码领域发表50多篇SCI 收录论文。近5年在IEEE Transactions on information theory、Journal of Combinatorial Theory (A)、Designs Codes and Cryptography、Discrete Mathematics、Journal of Combinatorial Designs等国外刊物上发表SCI收录论文近20篇。
报告摘要： 3-wise balanced designs have not extensively studied. There remains many open questions. They can be used to construct other combinatorial configurations. In this talk, we shall survey known constructions, results on 3-wised balanced designs. Related designs such as larges sets of triples systems, transversal designs, H-designs and applications will be also addressed.
