报告摘要:
Dendritic cell (DC) vaccine is a type of immunotherapy that plays a critical role in shaping the immune responses. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) that target T cell-negative costimulatory molecules are widely used in the therapy of metastatic melanoma. Evaluating the effectiveness of these therapies facilitates devising efficient treatment strategies. In this talk, I present the mathematical models developed to predict the responses of melanoma patients to immunotherapy. The impact of combining dendritic cell vaccines and immune checkpoint inhibitors on melanoma was analyzed.
