We consider the incompressible 2D Navier-Stokesequations with periodic boundary conditions driven by a deterministictime periodic forcing and a degenerate stochastic forcing. We showthat the system possesses a unique ergodic periodic invariantmeasure which is exponentially mixing under a Wasserstein metric. Wealso prove the weak law of large numbers for the continuous timeinhomogeneous solution process. In addition, we obtain the weak lawof large numbers and central limit theorem by restricting theinhomogeneous solution process to periodic times.
