报告摘要： In this talk, I will discuss the roles of statistical modelling, causal inference and statistical machine learning in analyzing big data in health research including large-scale complex observational longitudinal cohort, administrative data, electronic health records. Causal inference methodology challenges e.g. due to missing data, unmeasured confounding, complex confounding in dynamic setting will be discussed. Statistical thinking could help with handling uncertainty due to data quality issues.
报告人简介：傅博，复旦大学大数据*女王调教-女王调教视频-女王 调教小说教授、博士生导师。2003年在香港大学获得统计学博士学位，2003-2006年在剑桥大学从事博士后研究，2006年至2017年先后在新加坡南洋理工大学数学科学系、英国曼彻斯特大学医*女王调教-女王调教视频-女王 调教小说、英国伦敦大学*女王调教-女王调教视频-女王 调教小说（UCL）医*女王调教-女王调教视频-女王 调教小说任教职。2015-2017年同时在英国行政数据研究中心和剑桥大学MRC生物统计中心兼职。作为项目负责人主持过英国医学研究理事会、英国儿童健康研究基金、中国国家自然科学基金等机构资助的多项科研基金项目。研究论文发表在统计学、生物医学统计、生物医学、公共卫生、流行病学、健康数据科学、卫生政策、运筹管理等多领域国际学术期刊。
